Defective/Damaged Items: Within 30 days of delivery
3. Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization

Your order number
Photos of the item (especially if damaged/defective)
Reason for return
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Step 2: Package & Ship
Include all original tags, packaging, and a copy of your invoice

Due to hygiene reasons:
Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie can only be returned if unopened in original packaging
