We cannot accept returns for:

❌ Items without original tags or packaging
❌ Used, washed, or altered items
❌ Custom-made or sale items marked “Final Sale”
❌ Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

2. Return Timeframe

  • Standard Returns: Within 14 days of delivery

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Within 30 days of delivery

3. Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

Contact our customer service at amber.yinjie@gmail.com within the return period with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item (especially if damaged/defective)

  • Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Step 2: Package & Ship

  • Include all original tags, packaging, and a copy of your invoice

  • Ship to:

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns: Refund issued within 5-10 business days

  • Rejected returns: Item returned to you at your expense

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Processing times:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size/color:

  1. Return the original item for a refund

  2. Place a new order on our website

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging

  2. Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange replacement

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Our mistake: Free return shipping

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping

  • International returns: Customer responsible for customs fees (if any)

Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

We may deny returns if:

  • Item shows signs of wear or damage from customer use

  • Return request is made after the allowed period

  • No proof of purchase is provided

9. Special Considerations for Intimate Apparel

Due to hygiene reasons:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie can only be returned if unopened in original packaging

  • Defective intimate items will be replaced (photos required)

10. Lost or Delayed Returns

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

  • For delayed returns, contact your shipping carrier first
